My first Phoenix Wrong (Turnabout Shenanigans) is starting to get some significant views. So I thought I would put this updated version on YouTube. It has the same sketches as the original, but the sizing problems are fixed. I also completely remade a couple of the sketches to heighten the quality. Enjoy! The fan game: forums.court-records.net This here is an early trailer for my still-pretty-early-in-the-works fan game, Daring Detective: Dick Gumshoe (obviously, it’s an Ace Attorney fan game). Plot details: It’s been six months since the end of Trials and Tribulations and things aren’t looking good for good ol’ Gumshoe. The famous defence lawyer Phoenix Wright has been disbarred, Maya Fey has left to take care of the Kurain temple, Kay Faraday has left to do her own thing, Franziska is off in Cohdopia and Edgeworth is now in shambles over Phoenix’s situation. What does all this have to do with Gummy? A lot. After his last salary revision, the precinct had finally decided to let the fine detective go. Gumshoe, now jobless, has no where to go. As he finally starts to give up hope, a little girl tugs on his coat. “Daddy wants to see you”, she says, “he said he “has a plan”". Figuring he has nothing left to lose he follows the girl, gawking at the large top hat atop her head. It’s been a month since then, and Gumshoe once again needs to step foot within the court room. A new rookie is in town Other tidbits: Q: If Gumshoe isn’t a detective, why does the title still say he is. A: Oh, that’s for you to find out.

Phoenix Wright and Shakira had one thing in common… Sprites from court-records.net Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney/Gyakuten Saiban(c)CAPCOM “Objection (Tango)” – Shakira I was just fooling around with the sprites I downloaded from court-records.net. I was thinking of making one of those “Phoenix Wrong” flash cartoons you see on Newgrounds, but since I’m STILL trying to learn how to use flash, I just edited the sprites in Animation Shop imported them into Windows Movie Maker and added music. This was just some editing practice. Nothing too special. I may delete this later on.

OVER NINE THOUSAND VIEWS. This is the first in a series of videos that were meant to be put up somewhere but never finished or uploaded. And this was originally going to be the first video on my account, if the account was up six months earlier! Originally created from May to December 2007, Phoenix Wrong: Another One Bites the Dust was going to be the longest Phoenix Wrong collection, to be released in September 2007 with a running time of 30 minutes. However it was abandoned after 14 minutes and the viewing of several Sparta Remixes. In preparation for this release, the video was abridged to 10 minutes by excluding skits that did not keep consistency with the others (with the help of mistermoogle). Watch as my skill with animating the characters increases before your very eyes! This video, unlike most Phoenix Wrongs, was assembled entirely with Powerpoint, and edited with Ulead Videostudio 11 Plus and NCH Wavepad. Sprites were edited with Jasc Paint Shop Pro 7. Due to the large number of skits in this video, the disclaimer has been abbreviated, but still gives credit where credit is due.
