Question about FBI criminal background checks?
I was arrested when I was 16. I was convicted of a misdemeanor for criminal mischief in New York state. I think my record was sealed but what will the FBI find if they look? I want to apply to a radiologic technology program but you can’t get in if you have a misdemeanor and you have to submit an FBI criminal background check. Will I be disqualified for my record?

If you were charged as a minor it will not show up.

An FBI criminal record usually shows all convictions since they are a state agency. However, since you were a minor at the time, I do not think it will show up.
Also, if your school denies you entry into the program of radioogical technology, look for a different school. I do not see why your conviction would make any difference with this type of program. I could see a sex crime, but not what you were charged with. Maybe it is a felony that would exclude. Check with you school to be 100% positive.
