Why do shy Japanese people have jobs and don't seem to have trouble getting them?

I’m shy in the usa and it’s like an impossibility getting a job. And that’s with me trying and speaking. In my usual life i don’t have friends or anything but when job searching, i do try my best to change. However, i’ve spoken to Japanese people who are shyer than me and they have Jobs. How is that?

Is it easier for shy people in Japan to be accepted in companies?
having an education means nothing if you’re shy. At least in america. I have a college degree. and i can’t get any jobs because i don’t have good communications skills.

I personally see no reason to switch to Bing.

The CNET and LA Times stating that Bing just took 30% of all USA searches.

The statcounter also says Google still has 80% of all searches in USA.

How do australian customs search DVD's/Games?

I am curious to find out how customs search packages for banned items, in this situation a video game.
As some people might have guessed I am asking about Mortal Kombat (2011) for PS3 which I have bought off eBay to come from USA to Sydney, Australia.
Does anyone know how they search for these items, and if they actually will, like they have stated in the press?

I'm trying to search for an old friend of mine in US?

Google search was quite a thing. But, I’ve never been able to find my friend who has been in USA for the last 6 years. Her (late) father has this company there which she also overlooks with her dad’s business partner. And white pages on the net gets me nowhere. They call it free but only their sponsors seem to know where everyone is. How do I find this person who studied psychology there. And let me tell you, I tried the Univ of Arizona where she studied, and can’t get through. Is there a really good people search site?

Where do you buy the USA socks?

I have seen people wearing these really nice gray socks that say USA on them and then above that is an American flag. I’m guessing that the brand is called USA. I tried searching for them but it’s like they don’t exist! The socks aren’t to tall (they’re about ankle height). The USA is red and blue and the flag is well the color of the American flag. If anyone knows where to buy these socks please tell me!
