Can anyone tell me where to find FREE public records?

I’m trying to find a background check website that is free. I keep finding ones that claim to be free and then demand money to let you see the results of a search.

The major companies are all bait and switch routines like this. Intelius, USA People Search, etc. are not free.

Any url to a totally free site would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    The "free" search you get is a teaser and only gives you enough to wet your appetite. To get the real meat and potatoes of the report, you have to pay.

    You want "free", you will have to do the work yourself. And even then there probably will be a bunch of administrative fees you have to pay that add up to more than what these sites charge you.
